Upstairs, in the living room, large chocolate brown leather couches, big overstuffed chairs, wall-mounted flat screen TV above wood-burning fireplace. Card table and sitting area off living room. Full bath off living area. Master bedroom with King, TV/DVD, and full bath with six foot bathtub.

Nice filtered lake view from the deck with lounge chairs, table and new gas BBQ (summer only), great for sipping your coffee or tea in the morning sun, or relaxing while watching the alpenglow after skiing all day. Walk through to kitchen and dining area. Dining table seats 10 and offers pleasant filtered lake views.

All bedrooms except the master are downstairs. Three rooms each with 1 Queen bed and built in closets with dressers. Large modern bathroom with double sink vanity, separate toilet and laundry adjacent to downstairs bedrooms.

Plenty of open parking, plus 1 car garage.

We were five adults and 2 kids and had such a wonderful time!! We will be booking for next year. Bathrooms/bedrooms recently remodeled and so nice. Kitchen only part in house not remodeled but it was fully functional, stocked well with good storage, kitchen linens and equipment. There was a minor leak in the sink and we called Hauserman and someone was out to fix it within 10 minutes. I appreciated the text reminders and text check in instructions. Beach/pool toys in the garage. Washer/dryer worked great. Thank you Hauserman & Dollar Point Coates.

Highlights were the lounge space (ample room for everyone to be comfortable), views and proximity to the lake, and nicely renovated bathrooms. It was extremely easy to work with the property management company, and they/ the owner were fortunately flexible when we had to change our reservation dates due to major snowstorms.

The only item of note that could be improved is offering body wash and/or shampoo/ conditioner for the showers (though they did inform us ahead of time).

We'd absolutely come back in the future!

We had a great stay at this house! The three full bathrooms were all fairly updated and the house was cozy. It is in a great location - right next to the lake with a beautiful view right out of the dining room window. The kitchen is a bit dated, but everything worked just fine. We had a great stay at Dollar Point Coates. The home was even more beautiful than it appeared in the on-line photo's and description. There are three nice bedrooms and a large bathroom on the entry level plus a master bed and bath upstairs along with the kitchen, large living room, dining room and extra bath. There is a wonderful view of the lake from the dining room and living room. As someone who likes to cook, I was very pleased with the kitchen layout and quality and quantity of cookware and supplies. The home is very comfortable, well-maintained, well-appointed, and well-stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The property management company was exceptional. Very professional, kind and responsive. I would not hesitate to rent this home or another listed by Hauserman on a future visit to Tahoe.

We loved the property! It was far too much house for just us, we only used the downstairs bathroom for showering after a lake swim, the 3 bedrooms downstairs looked brand new. The home was well appointed, we wanted for nothing really. The kitchen was a bit dated and the ovens were finicky making for some creative baking! A mixer might have come in handy, but other than that (and lack of a pie pan!) we were so pleased with the quality of cookware. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish. We really loved the throw blankets and would love to purchase similar for ourselves. I found the upstairs bed a bit firm for my liking but I acclimated. We grilled every day, and enjoyed the amenities (pool and beach). Hiking is available within minutes, Tahoe City is accessible via a paved trail and is about 2 miles away. There’s really just nothing like waking up to a view of the lake, we will return!

Love this property! heat needs to stay higher/usually I've sat in 65 degrees for the stay, but the owner changed it this time-tried manually but it didn't shift- with kids, 65 not warm enough. Maintenance lady came out quickly to help with the heat. Also, only one tea towel for kitchen- other than that, all good.
