Nestled in the pines, this comfortable southern facing unit is done has been recently updated and has nice forest/lake views. The open living area on the mid level includes a high end Ethan Allen sectional sofa, new Samsung smart HDTV /DVD/VHS and full updated bath, remodeled kitchen, and dining room for 6.

Downstairs level includes two bedrooms and a full bath. The first room off the entrance has 2 twin beds. The Master is at the end of the hall with King bed and beautiful forest/lakeview balcony, full bath attached. Stacked washer/dryer. Loft upstairs with Queen bed and TV/DVD. Gas BBQ on the deck, and homeowner association amenities include pool, sauna, hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, pool table and arcade games in the recreation building. Great summer and winter location!

Pool and spas open all summer. Spas open summer and winter daily but limited to Saturdays only in spring & fall. | High Speed Internet is provided with this property, but is not guaranteed.

Our family (wife, me, 3 young children) come to Tahoe every summer. Love the location - easy access to Tahoe City and Incline. Property was nice and the Hauserman Group was WAY better than the property manager when we stayed at Carnelian Woods the previous summer in a different unit. We had two minor snags (BBQ wouldn't light and sink was leaking) and both were fixed quickly with little hassle. Check in was super easy and we even got in a bit early - they called as soon as it was ready. Recommend Carnelian Woods to any family but can't guarantee that every property manager will be the same. Hauserman Group was great.

We have stayed in several different townhouses in Carnelian Woods over the years and been happy with most of them. This was our first stay in unit #128 and agree that is has been the best overall. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The location and view was spectacular (especially with the unexpected early snowfall). We will definitely be requesting Carnelian Woods #128 the next trip we plan to North Lake Tahoe.

Overall we had a very nice stay. Very pretty view from the living area, updated and well-equipped kitchen. It is an older condo, but kept up nicely. If I'm going to be picky, new flooring would really make this a really fresh, nice place.
Once caveat that should be mentioned is the decline to access the unit. We did not have any problems with it, but anyone with mobility issues would have an extremely difficult time getting in/out of the condo.... especially hauling suitcases, etc up and down the hill.
The location is nice and there is a pretty hiking trail/par course quite near the unit. The pool is pretty and a very nice size.
Also quite fun to have the mini golf course at the bottom of the hill, along with a nice beach across the street.
Overall, a good location and a nice condo.

My family and I have stayed at this property 3-4 times for our winter trips and it has always worked out great for us. Plenty of room for a family of 4-5. Nice balcony to watch the sun come up with your coffee and enjoy the view of the lake. Fireplace is nice and warm and the seating area is comfortable. Another nice amenity is that they plow the parking area and street for you within the community. One less thing to worry about. Great place to stay for an easy, simple trip to Tahoe. We will be back again!

Glad that you asked. The washing machine was broken. You should have anticipated that we would need more towels. Only 2 towels in the kitchen.
The pocket door in the master was broken. Not good when you are sharing the bathroom. The kitchen was not fully equipped. Broken microwave. The carpet needed cleaning. The screen door in the master kept coming off the track. Really needs updating. The pool and club house were the saving grace on this property.

Smart tv is great addition! Awkward viewing position. Clean/ updated bathrooms! Lack of washing machine a negative. New skillet a + along with dishware ( please offer tupperware storage containers) please offer lg pump bottles of hand soap or inform clients ahead of arrival re: change in supply offerings. I totally support decreasing plastic going to the landfill. Recycling containers and paper would be a great addition in the future

We had a lovely time at this property! We enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathrooms. We loved having the king-size bed in the master bedroom and the queen and two twin beds in the other bedroom and loft. It was a great property and would recommend it to others.
