This end unit is one of the closest units to the lake, and features many upgrades like a newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, blonde wood cabinets and Pergo flooring. Beautiful tree views with a peek of the lake from the deck, gas grill. Tile entry, bedroom with 2 singles, laundry, 1/2 bath, kitchen counter stools, dining table for 4, and sofabed in living room. Gas fireplace and TV/DVD/VHS. Upstairs, lofted bedroom with King bed, TV, and 3/4 bath.

Pool and spas open all summer. Spas open summer and winter daily but limited to Saturdays only in spring & fall. | High Speed Internet is provided with this property, but is not guaranteed.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Our properties do not have air conditioning.

BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

The place was nicely appointed and I'd guess was remodeled not too long ago with good quality cabinets and fixtures. The unit doesn't have a lot of built-in storage, but the rooms have armoires and dressers. The location was surprisingly good. We walked to the kayak rental place across the road, to minigolf, and to CB's Bistro, which had really good food.

We loved this place! We visited in mid-June 2024. The complex, the condo, and the location are great! So close to a public beach (rocks, but we used chairs so it was fine)! Also, it was really nice to have the kitchen include basic condiments (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.) so that we did not have to bring all these things from home or buy new ones we would only use a couple of times. We stay in a condo at Lake Tahoe every summer and this is our favorite. We will return!

Great little place. 20th year coming to CW! First time in CW-11. Very clean and couldn't be closer to the water. We chose this condo because our daughter is in a wheelchair and there are minimal steps to get in. The only improvements I would suggest for this condo are #1- a front door screen. It was in the 80’s while we were there and not being able to leave the front door open for air flow made it REALLY HOT in the condo. The only other thing was the refrigerator didnt ever get cold enough. All in all an awesome little place we would rent again.

We had a great time in this lovely place. Nice cozy beds, all amenities in the kitchen, ample bedding, clear directions on where everything was. we loved the collection of board games and tasteful collection of books. The internet and TV with apps was great for our movie night.
We would love to come stay here every time we come to Tahoe for skiing.

We spent a couple days at this wonderful vacation rental. This condo is conveniently located with easy access to all the beautiful North Shore sites, shopping and beaches. This condo is perfect for a Family of 4! Very well maintained, clean and quiet area. We just wish we had a couple more days to enjoy our stay. You won't be disappointed with this home!!

I would have given Carnelian Woods #11 five stars except for the fact that there is no shower or tub in the downstairs bathroom. CW #11 is quite small but very comfortable. The kitchen has high quality dishware, cutlery, pots & pans, and everything you need for cooking in.

I would have given it a 5-star rating if there had been a downstairs shower. The only shower in the unit is in the upstairs master bedroom. This is a corner unit so has lots of windows and privacy. Great kitchen fully stocked with high-end cutlery, pots & pans, dishes & glasses, etc.

My husband and I went to Tahoe to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed our stay very much! The townhouse was beautiful and we enjoyed the many amenities it came with. The location was superb with a very short walk to the public beach at Carnelian Bay. We will definitely be back!

This past week we returned to our home in Socal after spending 11 days at Carnelian Woods. This is the fourth summer in a row we have rented a unit in CW through your agency. We really like this property, taking full advantage of the excellent pool and location. This is also our second time at #11, perfectly situated for our morning walks to the beach. We are pleased to report that we covered just about 42 miles of trails, (somehow avoiding two bear encounters) nearly 80 miles of road biking and experienced unlimited smiles. We are very happy with the service we get from you and are looking forward to booking again later this year. While other travel locations call to us, we just can't seem to shake north LT! Thanks again for your help each time and will talk with you soon.

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo and we couldn't be happier. It is perfect for the two of us. The unit is well equipped and super comfortable. The owners have gone out of their way to ensure that your stay is perfect.
