A modern retreat on top of the world at Tahoe's magical West Shore, Beautiful View offers vacationers the most breathtaking panoramic scenery one could ever hope for!

Not only is the view incredible, but the house is modern and spacious with an open floor plan.

Enter on the main level where the kitchen, living and dining rooms sprawl out in front of you with sweeping views of Lake Tahoe through the large sliding doors and tall windows.

Two bedrooms and a full bathroom to the right and to the left, each a mirror image of the other, with new window coverings in all bedrooms for comfort.

The two lakeview bedrooms each have a California King bed and two other bedrooms each have a Queen bed. Each bathroom features a nice step-in tile tub/shower. Half bath in the hall too.

Two car garage as well as laundry facilities downstairs for your convenience.

No cable television at this property, but Apple TV is provided for your enjoyment!

Please note: Homeowner may occasionally use the downstairs apartment, with separate entrance and no interruption to you and your vacation. The laundry area is the only shared space.

The views did not fall short of our expectations. The house is the perfect combination of modern, simple looking with a cozy feeling to it. Love the underfloor heating! Oh, and then there’s the outdoors;-) Great with the park access, biking and walks to the cafés, wine tasting in town at Uncorked, brilliant!Lucky to meet the lovely owners even.

Exceeded expectations! Do not hesitate to rent this house. Layout is perfect - open kitchen, dinning and living space w/ 3 huge sliding glass doors. Two "wings" of the house each with a King bed w/ slider and view; Queen bed w/ window; bathroom. Total 2 1/2 baths. Great for couples and families. Kitchen very well stocked. Washer/Dryer. A couple miles south of Tahoe City, so it's a very convenient and central location to enjoy all around the lake and area. Rental came with an HOA access to the lake shore. Nice park with docks, picnic tables, grills and play ground. Hauserman Group employees were very nice and helpful and located right in town. Would definitely rent from them again. We had a perfect Lake Tahoe experience!

The moment we walked in, our mouths dropped open and we all gasped! The pictures do not do this place justice. The views are truly spectacular from this lovely house. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into this home design from the curved balcony extending from one end of the house to other. The multiple sliding doors, and open floorplan. The inground heating was amazing and so practical and the wood-burning fireplace was so easy to use and provided so much heat. The men loved it of course. Beautiful high ceilings with plenty of light. The beds were super comfie and the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and assorted dishware we needed. Very clean! It was great that we could use the garage as we got plenty of snow. An added plus is that they had this bird feeder on the balcony and we so enjoyed watching the many birds come to feed. We are so happy to have found this gem and we will be returning. We can't imagine another house being this great and having this view. We hope it stays available for a long time. Thank you.
[p.s. the only thing we would recommend (and others have commented about it too) is the lack of counter space in the bathrooms. Perhaps some shelving might help.]

The view is as beautiful as described. The location was convenient to Alpine Meadows. We really liked the living room, dining and kitchen ares. The kitchen was organized and well stocked and there was plenty of counter space.The dining table easily accommodated our group. The only improvement to the living room would be to relocate the TV to reduce the glare coming from the huge windows. The light switches were at best confusing. It wasn't until the second day that we found the binder with instructions on how to use the lights. The bathrooms were functional, but could use some more counter space. The bedrooms were disappointing. They were sparsely furnished and the beds were very uncomfortable. In addition the beds were too low and difficult for us older persons to get in and out of. Luggage stands would be nice also. The property advertises parking for four vehicles (2 in garage and 2 in driveway). We had two pickups, neither would fit in the garage and barely fit in the driveway. Only two very small cars would fit in the garage. It would have helped to have some dimensions in the property description so we could have planned our vehicle selection to accommodate the space.

The property is truly amazing. The view is exceptional and the house is very special. The kitchen is very well stocked as are the bathrooms.Having wood for the special fireplace and being able to use the garage was very appreciated.I do recommend that more specific instructions on how to use the TV remotes would help those of us not used to apple or amazon tv.Overall we had a great time and will definitely return.

As expected, the view really was shockingly beautiful. The home was also beautifully appointed and well kept. It felt like we were staying in a thoughtfully designed vacation home rather than somewhere that no one lives.

The kitchen was totally stocked including spices, there was wood in the garage (which we needed when we lost power for a day during a snowstorm), and there were extra blankets.

We stayed here with one baby and were pleasantly surprised to find a baby gate at the top of the stairs. The concrete floors were a bit of a challenge, though.

The owner did come to stay in the basement during our stay and we found out at the last minute. However, we never heard or saw them so it wasn't a problem for us.

A recommendation for improvement - add an extra snow shovel to the garage.

We truly enjoyed our stay here at this house! The view and house are gorgeous. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook during our entire stay. We loved the lay out of the house; it was perfect for the amount of people we had staying here. The house was very clean upon arrival and exactly as described in the listing. We loved how close the house is to town, even though it doesn’t feel like it. We would definitely stay here again if it is available during our next visit to Tahoe.

The lake views were exquisite, and the home was clean and well-supplied although full of hard surfaces. No club pass or garage door opener was left, but Hauserman had spares in the office. The great views and location make this rental a winner.

This property is great, I would highly recommend and I would book again. The location is great-easy access to drive to ski resorts and other activities. This is our second year at this wonderful house. We absolutely love envy about it. So we’ll equipped.. Great kitchen and tasteful decor. The view is incomparable and enjoyed from every room.

We had an amazing four night stay in the aptly named “Beautiful View”. Nothing better than taking in that view with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The property was everything we hoped for and more. Great location - very quiet but only minutes from restaurants and shopping in Tahoe City. Well stocked, modern kitchen. Entire property was impeccably clean.

We had great time at this beautiful house for our family vacation. Great location.Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view as the name of this place says. Spacious living/dinning area. We encountered bad weather during our staying but we didn’t mind to “get stuck” in the house with real wood stove and large kitchen to cook some hearty meals. The only thing we were a bit disappointed was there’s no bathroom supplies like shampoo and body wash. We contacted the office and were told the rental will no longer supply those items. We wish we were informed in advance and be prepared.

The home and view are very beautiful and for our family, it was perfect in size and accommodation. We cannot tell you enough how wonderful our Christmas, skiing, snow play and New Year was, largely because of your home and the natural beauty enjoyed from it. HRG was very professional, from planning our stay, responding to boiler problems to check-out. Having owned a rental property in the past, we always appreciated feedback from renters to aid us in keeping our property up to the high standard to which we aspired. We offer our suggestions with respect and hope that you, too, will appreciate them. Especially as we intend to stay at your lovely home again in the future! Here are a few suggestions: -a couple of nonstick pans needed (only one with surface all marred) -ice maker not working -liquid measuring cups needed -basic bakeware improved (sheet pans, cake or pie tins, etc.) -hand mixer blades needed -kindling for fireplace would be a big help -garage door opener very noisy in operation (motor?) -a couple more kitchen towels (there were only 3) -perhaps a third curtain panel in the lake bedrooms as they did not cover the windows adequately We appreciated the basic supplies you included as well as a few nonperishable staples that were in the fridge and pantry. We were happy to contribute a toboggan and a couple of new snow saucers in the garage for the next winter renters. (o: Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home and its beautiful view with our family. Our children cannot wait to stay there again. All of us stood on the deck before leaving and sadly said good-bye to the lake view. HRG answered all our email inquiries promptly and thoroughly when planning our stay. Once in the home, we had boiler issues for the first couple of days, leaving us without heat for periods of time, with a blizzard outside. HRG (Jessica!) made two trips to the home to look into the problem, and bring space heaters to help out. Finally, a plumber was scheduled who solved the problem. HRG did what they could on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to help out. Every interaction with HRG was pleasant and helpful. Thanks so much!

Missing a few items in the kitchen - tea pot, apron, cheese grater. Otherwise amazing. Would definitely book again!

Excellent location and house. Well appointed and great for a family with a 3 year old. The only issue we had was how much sound carries in all parts of the house due to the concrete floors. More floor coverings would help to dampen the noise.
