Grace's Place is ready and waiting to welcome your group for your next Lake Tahoe getaway. Perfect for groups of up to 10, this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has lots of room to spread out and soak in the forested surroundings.

Enter into the spacious living room, connected by a few steps up to the adjacent kitchen and dining room, and enjoy filtered lake views from the comfort of plush furnishings. Wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and ambiance on chilly nights. Well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals with family and friends. Dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the bar next to it and 3 more at the kitchen island. A lake view deck just off of the dining area provides a gas grill (available in summer only).

Just off the living room is a bedroom with a Twin trundle bed and a large desk for quiet work space. On the other side of the living room, past the kitchen, are the other 4 bedrooms and all 3 bathrooms. On the right is a bedroom with a Twin-over-Double bunk bed, attached to a bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. On the left side of the hallway is another bedroom with a Twin trundle bed, and one with a Queen. There's a shared guest bathroom with double sinks and combination tub/shower in the hallway. Around the corner, at the end of the hall, is the primary bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom.

Next to the 2 car garage (parking for 1 car), and accessible from it, is a large recreation room with a pool table, sofa, chairs and TV (photo coming soon). Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Grace's Place backs up to open space loaded with fragrant pine trees and manzanita bushes. About 2 miles east of downtown Tahoe City, it's conveniently located for shopping and dining as well. Easy access to skiing, hiking, biking, boating, kayaking, and other adventures.

Overall

My family had the most wonderful time at Grace’s Place this December. The house was way bigger than we expected, the rooms looked like they were freshly remodelled, and the amenities kept the family busy when we weren’t on the slopes. It was quiet, backed up to open space, and we were able to go for hikes in the snow right from the back porch. The main room was cozy and warm, the bathrooms stunning, and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked with dishes and spices and we were able to just move right in and use it like a home. Love this property!

We stayed at Grace's Place from July 3-5, 2024. Great spot with plenty of space, large kitchen, open space common areas. Large deck with a grill. Quiet at night. Also conveniently located. Highly recommend!

Some of our best memories have been spent at this amazing house. We love the floor plan, open concept, and extra bathrooms. It’s always been clean. The location is perfect, so close to everything. You can walk down to the water, a coffee shop (Sugar Pine Cakery) and lots of hiking. We’ve stayed with extended family, friends, and alone. It’s our go-to house at Lake Tahoe

Every time we stay at Grace’s Place, we have an absolute BLAST! The house is pristinely clean, the interior updates are lovely, and the location is perfectly nestled just a short drive away from town. With grocery shopping, great places to eat, and resorts accessible just a short drive away, the location is a 10/10. All of this, plus the added bonus of a breathtaking view of the lake, makes this our go-to rental whenever we stay in Tahoe! We love that there are plenty of room/sleep options for all ages of kids, and if we travel with our extended family, there is room for them, too. The house also has a great game room separate from the main house, so teens feel like they have their own hangout space to do their own thing. Our most recent stay was over Christmas, and the snow fell every day, making this another trip to last in our memory forever. In the summer, we love that we can hike right out of the front door, too! This house is a MUST TRY if you are considering staying at Lake Tahoe! You will cherish your time at Grace’s Place and will certainly want to go back again and again and again!
