Enjoy this peaceful home in Sunnyside-Tahoe City. Bring the whole family to relax in mountain comfort! The detached one-car garage has plenty of storage space for bikes, a laundry room, and two Electric Vehicle chargers – one for Tesla and one for all other electric cars. The quiet, forested neighborhood and level access makes biking on Tahoe's many bike trails convenient and easy.

A cozy living area on the ground floor has a delightful gas fireplace and a medium-sized HDTV. The home has a pair of bedrooms on the entry level; one with a Bunk and a Twin with a Trundle, and the other downstairs room has a Twin and a Full/Double, with a shared bathroom just off the bedrooms and living area. Upstairs is another shared 3/4 bath between two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed.

Tahoe Park Beach (open seasonally) has WiFi, picnic tables, BBQs, a playground, horse shoe pits, two piers, and a swimming platform. The group will enjoy the quiet forested neighborhood. The level neighborhood access makes biking along Tahoe’s bike trails easy for anyone.

*Please note that the apartment above the detached garage is leased out to a long-term tenant that uses the garage space to the right and shares the laundry facilities. Do not block right side of garage or access in and out of the driveway to the right side of the garage.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Willow house. The home was clean and ready when we arrived, with plenty of room for our family of four plus grandparents to enjoy our stay at the lake. A short walk from the lake and access to Tahoe Beach Park made for the perfect setting to make so many memories during our 12-day stay. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Great location. Has a car charger which was a bonus. Management company is attentive and always there to answer questions during the day. House could be cleaner. It is clean looking when you walk in, but then it is noticeable that no one has cleaned under any furniture in years. It could use a deep cleaning and either a good deep clean on the rugs throughout the entire house or should just remove the rugs altogether. Bring your own tp and paper towels. You are provided with one roll per bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. We were there a week. Two rolls of tp for 6 adults and two kids is not practical. So, I would rate this house a 3 1/2! If they supplied a weeks stay with an 8 pack of toilet paper, especially for a family of 8, and a six pack of paper towels for the kitchen, cleaned under the furniture and cleaned the rugs, I would rate it a good solid 5! These issues are important especially for how much they charge to rent this house! Small improvements mean more positive reviews! Simple!

Excellent value. The price was most certainly fair for a very clean and spacious home. Noise travels very easily throughout the home - something to keep in mind if you’re using both floors/all four bedrooms. Loved the comfortable couch, cozy gas fire stove, and complete functional kitchen. Very nice to have that full dining room table, too!

We felt like home. The house had everything we needed. Extra blankets, pillows, towels. Kitchen was loaded with all that we needed for our stay. Its an older look and feel in the house, but fits the house perfectly and SUPER CLEAN! Great location. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and its walk in distance to the lake. HOA cards, to get to the lake gated park, were conveniently located in the house, but we did not pay attention to it at first. Over all great stay, will come back!

Loved it a lot! Location perfect. No issues! Hauserman was wonderful and think we will go directly through you. Past rentals have been through guest services. Ever person I spoke with at Hauserman (3) were kind and patient and helpful.

We loved the cabin...great location and an old-school Tahoe feel and comfy beds - we could walk to all the shops/restaurants on the West Shore as well as to the HOA beach. Clean and bright with a fully stocked kitchen.

Everything was great. Space, supplies, location. All excellent. One minor thing, kind of a complaint- no knobs on cabinets in kitchen and “hard” to open drawers and cabinets. Not a complaint, but minor gripe. Lol.

The cabin provided all of the sleeping space for 6 adults and two young children. The first floor bedrooms (2) and full bath worked out very well with our son and daughter-in-law in one room and close by their two children. Upstairs bedrooms(2) along with a second full bath was perfect for our other son and daughter-in-law and us! There was enough living space although small for all of us. The dining area also worked well with plenty of seating room. The kitchen was well equipped! One issue though was with gas grill. It apparently hand not been cleaned in a long while. The build up of grease unbeknownst to us burst into flames and could have been a dangerous situation. Luckily we were able to move it away as far as possible from the cabin (it is chained with limited distance from the cabin) remove the gas tank and let it burn out. We then had to take it apart somewhat to properly clean it.

The cabin was very fitting for our family.

The cabin was very fitting for our family. One note of concern however, was the gas grill had not been cleaned in a very long time. The grease build up actually started to burn with flames that reached out and very near the cabin. We had to shut it down and let it burn out. We then did a thorough cleaning of the grease pan as well as the lower grate. It was not safe for use until we did the necessary cleaning.

We all loved this rental. The neighborhood is quiet, relaxing and friendly. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed, especially the kitchen. Having access to the private beach was an amazing plus. The property is convenient, within walking distance to the beach, the West Side Market and restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay, it may be our favorite of all the rentals we have had on the North Shore. The only thing we missed was a hot tub.

The cabin was beautiful. Very accommodating in the kitchen. Everything was clean. Only downfall we had was the upstairs bathroom has a board that sits on the ceiling in front of the toilet so when you stand up you could bang your head on it if you aren’t careful. My daughter did that. Otherwise, it’s beautiful and fun to stay at.

Great neighborhood for families and an easy walk to the HOA. Our family had a great week. Kitchen was fully stocked. Only thing lacking was the bed mattresses were dated and somewhat uncomfortable.

The stairs and the stair up in the kitchen area house may benefit from a strip to prevent falls as floors are slippery. Very well equipped kitchen for a rental, much appreciated as I was cooking for eight. Lovely home, great location! We appreciate the ease of reserving as well as check in and check out procedures. We have rented multiple times, usually rent a condo. We had a larger group and rented a house this time. Lovely home, worked well for six adults and two young children. We enjoyed walking to West Shore Deli Market and the surrounding neighborhood and beach.

Loved: the LPTA beach access. The kitchen was well lit and had excellent supplies. Suggest: 1. Perhaps I missed it, but I wasn't aware of the LPTA beach access. So you might make that clearer at the time I was researching. Excellent aspect of the cabin. 2. Suggest the owner put knobs on the cabinet doors. They're not easy to open. 3. Suggest you provide instructions for the skylight Window Master. I would have liked to open them but didn't dare. 4. A screen would have been nice on the upstairs balcony door. It would allow opening that door to cool the room off without letting in bugs. 5. Putting a towel hook next to the shower door of the upstairs bathroom would be helpful

We were very impressed that at the stroke of 4 pm we received entry instructions. I’ve rented many houses over the years. I can say without exaggeration that 1290 Willow is one of the nicest places I’ve rented.
